holy snot its hot!!  but i am not complaining.  hots better than cold anyday.  the race the trace race on sunday went well finished 2nd, puked twice,and got a sunburn good solid day.  mandi didn't race. she is still hurting a bit but riding everyday.  monday, memorial day,  mandi and went riding/swimming.  we rode down to the cheat and took a dip and rode a little longer than took another dip.   geesh there were a lot of rednecks out that day.  big trucks and suvs everywhere.  tuesday was an easy spin sorta day and today was an epic long hot humid thundary sorta day.  today was tuff 92 degees super humid and more sunburn.  who's going to the rattlesnake this weekend?  i am.  one of my favorites.  

Welcome to our new blog site!  We decided to make a change from the other site-this one is much easier to understand.  We promise to update a little more regular.  Also please check our our albums regularly for all the pics from our rides. 

I'm still recovering from a nasty wreck I had on Tuesday.  I was riding our local trails just 2 minutes our the front door when a piece of old fence got tangled in my front wheel and sent me flying.  I beleive I've pulled, torn, or broke something in my chest.  Lots of pain but still riding.  I  just don't think racing this weekend is going to happen but I'll just wait and see. 

Anyway here is a pic from our very slow epic on wednesday.
